Girl, So Confusing

"Girl, So Confusing" (inspired by icon, Charli XCX) is a virtual group therapy space designed for those navigating the complexities of gender identity. In a world where labels often feel limiting or inadequate, this group offers a supportive and affirming environment to explore what gender means to you. Whether you're questioning, transitioning, or simply trying to understand your own identity beyond traditional labels, this group is here to help.

Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll join 6-10 participants in guided discussions where we'll delve into topics such as self-discovery, societal expectations, and personal experiences, providing a space to share, learn, and grow.

This group is perfect for anyone feeling confused or constrained by conventional gender labels and seeking a community of understanding and support. Join us to embrace your authentic self in a safe, inclusive virtual setting.

I Hate Boston

"I Hate Boston" (inspired by queen, Renee Rapp) is a virtual group therapy space for LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking community and belonging in Massachusetts. Despite its reputation as a progressive state, finding a genuine sense of queer belonging can be challenging. This group provides a supportive and affirming environment to explore and address these feelings.

Over 8 weeks, you'll join 6-10 participants in guided discussions where we'll discuss the unique challenges of feeling out of place in a supposedly inclusive area, share personal experiences, and develop strategies for building meaningful connections and community.

This group is perfect for anyone struggling to find their place in Massachusetts and looking for a supportive network of like-minded individuals. Join us to navigate the complexities of queer belonging and discover ways to feel more connected and understood in your local environment.

Tethered to Another and You’re Worried All The Time

"Tethered to Another and You’re Worried All The Time” (inspired by Mother, Brandi Carlile) is a virtual group therapy space dedicated to exploring the complexities of queer parenting and family planning in a post-Roe era. This group offers a safe, affirming environment for LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples navigating the challenges and uncertainties of starting or expanding a family.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll join 6-10 participants in guided discussions where we’ll address concerns about parenting, reproductive health, and family planning in the current socio-political climate. We’ll explore topics such as legal considerations, emotional readiness, and strategies for creating a supportive family environment.

This group is ideal for anyone considering parenthood, facing challenges in their family planning journey, or seeking support in a time of uncertainty. Join us to connect with others who share your experiences and find guidance on building the family you envision.

Let’s take the next steps toward better days ahead – together.
